Greenwin has been changing the face of urban Canada and it's the continuation of our family heritage of innovation, accessibility at the site level and hands-on management style that's been the key to our success. From there, we began developing multi-family properties. In the early 1950s, Greenwin began residential development in Don Mills - one of Toronto's first suburban satellite communities. In 2011, the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario recognized our founders with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. They were also co-founders of the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association. Our founders, including the late Harold Green, were among the first home-builders to concentrate on typical suburban communities within Toronto. In the 60s and 70s, condominiums, including single-family homes, 000 residential units, we built more than 10, rental apartment buildings and community housing.
